TRACK Tip Tuesday on Maintenance Portal | Work Orders
The Work Order tab in the Maintenance Portal has quite a lot to it. Not only can a technician view all work orders they have assigned to them, but they can also see any work order they have completed. Remember that there are two different types of roles that someone may have in the Housekeeping Portal: Admin and User. Admins will be able to view all work orders assigned to their team, a User would only be able to view work orders assigned to themselves.

In both work order tabs (Assigned and Completed), there are a couple different statuses they could be in.
- Assigned
- Not Started – The work order could be started but has not yet.
- In Progress – The work order is currently being worked on.
- Complete
- Completed – Work order has been finished by the cleaner.
- Processed – Work order has been completed and an invoice has been paid for to the vendor.
