Chat: Message Sneak-Peek
You can take a look into your guests’ minds using TrackChat. Everything that guests are typing in is visible in the chat window, even if they don’t send it over.
To turn on this new feature go to Configuration > Pulse Setup tab > Click Preferences under Web Chat section.
Chat: Quick Replies
You don’t have to type in the same answer over and over again. Work smart by creating a quick replies: a pre-made answer to a popular question that can be recalled with just a few keystrokes.
To setup quick replies go to Configuration > Pulse Setup tab > Click Quick Replies under Web Chat section.
- Fixed an issue where deleting a Call Score Template caused other pages to error.
- Updated Call Conversions report to keep the Total Converted Revenue.

Housekeeping & Maintenance Work Order – Activity Log Updates
- Logging the following additional actions within work order activity stream:
- Adding/changing Assigned To
- Adding/changing Vendor
- Adding/changing Scheduled Date
- Adding/deleting photos
- Adding/editing/removing Tasks (applies only to maintenance work orders)
- General Ledger Trial Balance report updates.
- Added ‘Travel Insurance’ column to the Booking Summary report.
- Added check all option when printing tax forms from the Tax Form page.
