Kevin Anderson

Kevin is TravelNet Solutions Director of HR. He has over 19 years of HR experience in areas such as culture development, talent strategy and learning development. Kevin previously worked for businesses in software/technology, commercial real estate, and retail industry, with a focus on full employee life-cycle needs. He attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth and is most definitely a fan of the current defending back-to-back national champion Bulldog hockey team.  Kevin has a passion for snowmobiling, boating/ fishing, and of course travel, and is always accompanied by Matilda the beagle.

Ryan C. Bailey

Ryan is the co-founder and chief executive officer at TNS. Ryan has been a leader, product visionary and innovator in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years. Ryan joined his business partner and brother, Charles Bailey, to develop a series of first generation, cloud business management & marketing solutions: a booking engine (Availability Tracker), a travel marketplace (ResortsandLodges), a property management system (RezTracker), and a call tracking software (Phonalytics). These ventures laid the groundwork for the creation of TRACK Hospitality Software and ATLAS Digital Marketing Cloud under the rebranded, TravelNet Solutions. Today, TravelNet Solutions serves more than 2,000 hospitality companies to solve their most difficult technology and workflow challenges. 

Ryan studied Communications & Marketing at the University of Minnesota-Duluth before moving the company to the Twin Cities. Ryan resides in Minnesota with his wife, Carly and their three children (William, Oliver & Estella).

David J. Brown

Dave joined TravelNet Solutions as Chief Financial Officer in January, 2019.  Dave has worked with TravelNet Solutions as their outside certified public accountant since the Company’s formation.  Prior to joining TravelNet Solutions, Dave owned his own CPA firm, David J. Brown, LLC where he focused on serving businesses as a part-time CFO/controller, preparation of audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements for businesses and nonprofit organizations and directing tax planning and compliance services to businesses and individual clients. Dave started his career at Ernst & Young. Along with Deloitte, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, EY is considered one of the Big Four accounting firms.

Dave is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and a Certified Public Accountant.  He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Dave serves as a volunteer board member to FamilyMeans in Stillwater and the Richfield Foundation.

Dave was born and raised in Stillwater and now lives with his wife Gail in Richfield, where they raised their 4 children, Jeff, Laurie, Tara and Tommy.  He enjoys golf, fishing, traveling and spending time with his growing family.

Sean Hughes

As Vice President of Product & Engineering, Sean is responsible for all global engineering processes, product development activities and allocation of global engineering functions. Sean has spent 23 years in the software development industry, including 10 years laying down production code and has grown two engineering teams from one person to over 40 in multiple countries.

Before joining TravelNet Solutions, Sean spent two years at DTN, where he led the development of 4 major product lines that represent 100 million dollars in revenue. He also spent 8 years at John Deere Intelligent Vehicle Systems where he was instrumental in the release of API tools that allowed for sharing of machine data with other Farm Management Systems (FMS) and the complete replatforming of John Deere’s own FMS called Apex. He has the unique skill of being deeply technical but also converting that knowledge into actionable insights for non-developers. He also drives value creation by creating product definition teams that close gaps in requirements and user persona needs.

Sean is very competitive and spends an inordinate amount of time talking about taking other companies’ lunch money.

Matt Renner

Matt Renner is an experienced Sales, Marketing and Technology executive with strong background in developing comprehensive sales, marketing and product go-to-market strategies. Matt has been instrumental to the growth of TNS over the last decade through a variety of roles in sales and marketing.  Matt’s current role is the Sr. Vice President of Business Development where he leads industry relationships, enterprise customer acquisition, and M&A opportunities. Matt is a respected speaker and thought leader at the industry conferences. Matt is an avid golfer, husband and father to 3 children.

Patrick Schaber

Patrick Schaber is the Director of Marketing for TravelNet Solutions. He is responsible for the marketing strategy for all TravelNet Solutions products and services. He has spent 20 years in technology-related industries driving global product strategy, product management, demand generation, and marketing communications as well as led merger & acquisition initiatives. He has held senior and executive-level marketing positions at ADC Telecommunications, Transition Networks, Communications Systems, Inc, and Intertech. He consults with local tech start-ups and emerging technology companies and recently served on the board of the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association (MIMA). Additionally, he has held numerous Marketing Chair volunteer positions in non-profit organizations.

Patrick earned a bachelor of arts degree in marketing from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. He currently resides in Eagan, Minnesota with his wife Anna and kids, Bridget and Grady.

Tim Schutts

Tim is the Vice President of Sales where he is responsible for global sales and account management functions across all business units in the Travelnet Solutions portfolio.

Tim Schutts joined TravelNet Solutions in 2011 as an account executive after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Information Media at St. Cloud State University.  Working with hundreds of companies Tim has overseen millions in media spend all across the United States and Canada.  Tim led the sales team in sales for six years prior to stepping into a leadership role which gave him an understanding of the challenges faced by customers on a daily basis. Tim lives in Hudson, enjoys the great outdoors and hanging out with his dog Cooper.

Frankie Shannon

Frankie joined TravelNet Solutions as Chief Operating Officer in February, 2020. Prior to joining TravelNet Solutions, Frankie served as the Chief Revenue Officer for WR Hess/FACTOR, serving the wholesale and retail energy and refined petroleum industry. Frankie also has several years in senior leadership roles with iconic American retail brands such as Kohl’s, Crocs, and Sears where he led massive expansion in retail, services, and wholesale operations.

Frankie is a graduate of Concord University in Athens, West Virginia, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Frankie is also instrumental in consulting key leaders at other small and mid-sized and start-up companies with revenue, operations, and leadership strategy. Today, he actively serves on the board of advisors for two other software companies in the petroleum, field service, and HR space.

Frankie is proud to be a native of West Virginia – truly a “coal-miner’s son” having grown up in southern West Virginia getting his start in business with his family in and around coal mining. Frankie lives in the Minneapolis area and is an avid outdoors enthusiast spending his free time fly fishing, hiking, and kayaking.

Dawn Yeskulsky

Dawn’s extensive career within the hospitality industry started immediately after college with Paragon Group Properties in Tampa, FL, eventually becoming a Rental Manager overseeing 200 units in the Tampa Bay, FL area. In 1996 she left Paragon Group and spent the next 14 years as Director of Sales and Marketing for vacation rental software provider RNS, helping establish them as an early leader in the PMS space.

In 2010 Dawn joined Ascent Processing, most recently as Vice President, Business Development & Partner Programming, heading up the growth path for Ascent. She conceptualized and developed the very first vacation rental guest finance product while also creating and maintaining many partnership programs within the industry. She’s a well-known industry speaker and educator and serves on the Board of Directors for the Onsite Property Managers Association (OPMA).
