Marketing Demand Report

This new report helps you understand what room nights you are booking and not booking, and if you are not booking them, why.

Report location: Reports > Pulse Reports tab > Campaign Reports section > Marketing Demand Report

  • Added Brand filter to Agent Booked Revenue report.
  • Added the ability to sort the call log by routing result.

Property Management

Display Check-in/out Times

TRACK now displays check-in and checkout times on a reservation. You can also set your early check-in and late checkout times on a unit. Once your early check-in and late checkout times are set and if you select that a guest is checking-in early on a reservation then that time will change after you click the Early Check-in. The same applies to Late Checkout. The check-in and checkout times will show in the Guest Portal, Reservations, Reservation Documents, and Reports.
